Distriport Bergen op Zoom
Distriport Bergen op Zoom is a new logistics complex, part of which is still to be constructed, located on the Noordland industrial estate. The total complex comprises approx. 35,000 m² of logistics space, approx. 5,000 m² of mezzanine space and approx. 1,550 m² of office space. Phase I is available for immediate occupation. The new construction of phase II (approx. 15,000 m² of warehouse space) can be completed within 9 months.
Distriport Waalhaven is a unique redevelopment of the severely outdated Waalhaven Zuid industrial zone. Following the demolition of the old buildings and the removal of Hilgersweg, a new distribution centre of more than 26,000 m2 is being built. Phase I of this development (more than 9,000 m2 of warehouse space) has been completed and was let in 2016. Phase II of the development (17,000 m2 of warehouse space) will be completed at the end of 2020. The total development consists of 8 combinable units.
Distriport Waalwijk comprises approximately 69,300 m² warehouse, 12,000 m² mezzanine floors and 2,250 m² office space. Phase 1 of Distriport Waalwijk was built in 2019 and leased in 2020. Phase 2 is currently under development and will be completed in Q1 2021. Approximately 37,000 m² warehouse, 1,130 m² office space and 6,425 m² mezzanine are available for letting.
The complex offers approximately 5,510 m² of business and office space and is let to various lessees. The Waalhaven harbour district in central Rotterdam played an important role in the development of the port, and even today continues to be an area of great economic value. Thanks to its central location and good accessibility, the Waalhaven offers a good location for port-related businesses. To maintain and improve this unique position, the Port of Rotterdam Authority has been working to revitalize the area.
Propaanweg 75 Rotterdam - Vondelingenplaat
Distriport Benelux has been redeveloped in phases on the former VOPAK tanker park. Following its acquisition in 2004, the site has been cleaned up and fully redeveloped. The entire site covers an area of 18 hectares, on which four distribution complexes have been built with a total area of more than 50,000 m². As well as these logistics buildings, 60,000 m² of the site has been surfaced and put to use as a container terminal with rail connections and a 200-metre quay.

This site located on Rietveldenweg in ’s-Hertogenbosch comprises four buildings with a total area of approx. 16,000 m² on a plot of approx. 34,000 m². It borders the land already owned by Intervest and therefore improves the long-term development options of the entire site.
First pile driven at Distriport Waalhaven phase II
On 1 April, construction work was begun on phase II of Distriport Waalhaven. Following the successful development and letting of phase 1 in 2016, work on the construction of phase II is now in full swing.

Long-term lease with Eurosafe Solutions in place as of 1 February 2020
It concerns 518 m² warehouse space, 41 m² mezzanine, 186 m² office space and 875 m² outdoor area in combination with 10 parking spaces located on site on the Toermalijnring in Dordrecht, on business park Dordtse Kil III.
New container terminal in prospect in Waalwijk
Within a few years Waalwijk is likely to have a new container terminal, to replace the existing ROC Waalwijk terminal. The new site must be accessible to the largest types of inland vessels and will have a quay length of three hundred metres. The municipal council is meeting this evening to decide on the plans.
