ProDelta Real Estate sells approx. 16,000 m² of business and office space to Intervest Offices & Warehouses
This site located on Rietveldenweg in ’s-Hertogenbosch comprises four buildings with a total area of approx. 16,000 m² on a plot of approx. 34,000 m². It borders the land already owned by Intervest and therefore improves the long-term development options of the entire site.
The total floor area of the existing buildings comprises a cross-docking area of approx. 5,500 m² and over 10,000 m² of business and office space. The buildings are used by two lessees active in the technology and logistics sector. The site has an occupancy rate of 100%.
ProDelta develops and manages logistics and industrial property in the Delta of the Port of Rotterdam and in the areas between the Rotterdam – Ruhr line and the Rotterdam – Antwerp line. The current portfolio comprises approx. 600,000 m². In 2020 this will be increased by more than 100,000 m² of logistics property, developed by ProDelta itself.
The vendor ProDelta Real Estate was advised by De Mik Bedrijfshuisvesting of Rotterdam on the commercial aspects of the transaction and by Loyens & Loeff on the legal aspects. DLA Piper acted as legal adviser for Intervest.
