ProDelta concludes lease for unit 4 of new Distriport Waalhaven development
ProDelta has reached agreement with Electro Cirkel B.V., a supplier of lighting and electronic appliances and materials, on the lease of unit 4 of phase 2 of Distriport Waalhaven in Rotterdam. The leased space will comprise approx. 3,201 m² of business space, a mezzanine of approx. 419 m² and approx. 302 m² of office space. Electro Cirkel has been leasing space from ProDelta in phase 1 of Distriport Waalhaven since 2016.
In the Waalhaven a new distribution centre covering an area of approx. 26,000 m² is being developed. Phase I of this development (approx. 9,000 m² of warehouse space) has been completed and was let in 2016. Phase II of this development (17,000 m² of warehouse space) will be completed on 1 February 2021 and will be let in units from 3,200 m² upwards.
The complex has been given the certification 'Very Good' in accordance with BREEAM-NL New Construction.
Its unique location and multimodal accessibility makes the Waalhaven the perfect site for logistics, industrial, maritime and business services, as well as light and maritime industry.
