After successful preparation and completion of the initial on-site work, a significant milestone has been reached: the steel structure is currently being erected and the first outlines of the new logistics building are now visible.

Where demolition was still taking place just a few months ago, the project is now literally taking shape. With each new construction phase, the realization of this modern logistics facility comes a step closer.

The project comprises a phased demolition and new construction development, after which a future-proof logistics complex of approximately 35,000 m² will rise. The building will be suitable for the storage of general merchandise and ADR goods and will be delivered with a BREEAM Excellent certification.

Together with VDR Bouwgroep, we are working with great enthusiasm on the development of this high-quality commercial space for Arena Warehousing BV. It is great to see how the plans are becoming increasingly visible on the construction site and how the project is progressing according to schedule.
