We pursue our aim by linking sound financial results to innovative, sustainable solutions and by looking at future-proof use of land, materials and natural resources.

We are always on the lookout for promising opportunities in logistics and industrial real estate. In addition to developing and redeveloping large-scale projects, we manage and maintain the properties in our portfolio. Although our real estate portfolio is mainly located in the Rotterdam region and the Dutch provinces of Noord-Brabant and Gelderland, we are also active outside these regions, both nationally and internationally.
