ProDelta extends lease agreement with loyal tenant at Commodity Park Rotterdam
Recently ProDelta has renewed the lease of approximately 22,000 m² of industrial space at the Commodity Park Rotterdam for a long period. This tentant rents space at this complex already since the completion of the Commodity Park Rotterdam in 2008.
ProDelta sells complex San Marinoweg 16 - 20 in Vlissingen
ProDelta sold the logistics complex located at San Marinoweg 16 - 20 in Vlissingen to Bulk Terminal Zeeland (BTZ) on December 30, 2022. Developed in 2003 and comprising over 30,000 m², the complex was acquired by ProDelta in 2007 and has been continuously leased to various companies since that time. Since 2017, the complex has been occupied by BTZ.
New development ProDelta fully leased
The Distribution center at Frankeneng in Ede, developed by ProDelta, was completed in December 2022. The complex comprises approximately 41,120 m² of warehouse space, 7,453 m² of mezzanine space and 1,792 m² of office space.
ProDelta expands its healthcare-related property portfolio
At the end of 2021 ProDelta added a second investment to its healthcare-related property portfolio. It concerns the Buitenrust care complex in Halsteren (Bergen op Zoom). The complex is located at Beeklaan 2 in park-like surroundings near the centre of the village of Halsteren.
ProDelta concludes long-term lease with UBQ Materials in Bergen op Zoom
Recently ProDelta concluded a lease with UBQ Materials for a site of approx. 6 hectares at Conradweg 3-9 in Bergen op Zoom. A modern industrial building of 20,000 m2 has already been built on the site. A start will be made with the construction of additional buildings for UBQ during the first quarter of this year.

Palmira Capital Partners (Palmira) has acquired another new property for the European Core Logistics Fund (ECLF). The vendor is ProDelta Real Estate. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

Our tenant, UBQ Materials, has applied for planning permission to build its first production facility in the Netherlands. More than two billion tonnes of waste are produced around the world each year. In order to contribute to a sustainable processing of this huge waste mountain, UBQ Materials has developed a method to convert waste into a valuable alternative raw material for the plastics processing industry.
ProDelta renews lease with Vos Logistics Solutions B.V. in Oss
ProDelta has recently renewed the lease with Vos Logistics Solutions in Oss. The lease is for a site of almost 13 hectares situated at Waalkade 4, 6-12, 5, 9-11 and 13-17. A number of buildings with a total floor area of approx. 50,000 m² are found on the site.
ProDelta facilitates further growth of CTG
ProDelta has recently let more than 2,300 m² of warehouse space, 500 m² of mezzanine floor space, 270 m² of office space and a 3,800 m² site to Cargo Terminal Gadering B.V. The property is located at Butaanweg 5D in Rotterdam and forms part of a modern logistics complex at Butaanweg 5 – 7 in Rotterdam.

ProDelta has concluded a long-term lease with a globally active tech company and its logistics service provider for more than 22,000 m² of warehouse space. This space is part of Phase 2 of DC Distriport Waalwijk.

ProDelta has sold the Distriport Tilburg logistics centre to CBRE Global Investors. The DC has a total area of more than 70,000 m², including mezzanine and office space.
Jan van Dam Global Machine Logistics B.V. extends lease at Commodity Park Rotterdam
ProDelta recently reached agreement with Jan van Dam Global Machine Logistics B.V. for the lease of 4,750 m² of business space. The long-term extension of the lease is for two units that the company has leased since 2011.

Over the last ten years, Clean Tech company UBQ Materials has developed a ground-breaking method for converting unsorted household waste, including organic material, into the most climate-positive thermoplastic material on the market. Toll Global Forwarding (Netherlands) B.V. leases unit 8 in the Distriport Waalhaven new development
ProDelta has let another unit in phase II of the Distriport Waalhaven development. Toll Global Forwarding (Netherlands) B.V. will be the new lessee of unit 8. The leased space comprises 4,243 m² of business space, a mezzanine of approx. 633 m² and 486 m² of office space in Distriport Waalhaven in Rotterdam.
Lease renewed with DHL for Riemsdijk 1 in Tiel
Following a 12-year collaboration, ProDelta has once again renewed the lease with DHL Supply Chain (Netherlands) B.V. for the long term. DHL leases around 20,000 m2 of warehouse space together with 2,600 m2 of office space in this logistics complex.
Bidfood sells 73,975 m² of land in Ede to ProDelta Real Estate Development
ProDelta Real Estate Development has purchased more than 7 hectares of land from Bidfood at Frankenweg in Ede. Bidfood has had the old buildings on the site demolished in a circular demolition process. The steel structure of the former high warehouse was dismantled and is now being used to build two new warehouses in the Netherlands. Other demolition materials are also being reused as building materials and recycled aggregates.
Completion of Distriport Waalhaven phase II
Following the successful development and letting of phase I of Distriport Waalhaven in 2016, on 1 February this year phase II of this development was completed.

New container terminal in prospect in Waalwijk
Within a few years Waalwijk is likely to have a new container terminal, to replace the existing ROC Waalwijk terminal. The new site must be accessible to the largest types of inland vessels and will have a quay length of three hundred metres. The municipal council is meeting this evening to decide on the plans.
