DC Frankeneng

Distribution Centre Frankeneng is a new logistics complex scheduled for development, located on the Frankeneng business park in Ede, near the junction of the A12 (The Hague-German Border) and A30 (Ede-Barneveld) motorways. The A30 motorway connects to the A12 and A1 motorways.

Distriport Waalwijk

Distriport Waalwijk comprises approximately 69,300 m² warehouse, 12,000 m² mezzanine floors and 2,250 m² office space. Phase 1 of Distriport Waalwijk was built in 2019 and leased in 2020. Phase 2 was deliverd and fully let in 2021.

Distriport Waalhaven

Distriport Waalhaven is a unique redevelopment of the severely outdated Waalhaven Zuid industrial zone. Following the demolition of the old buildings and the removal of Hilgersweg, a new distribution centre of more than 26,000 m² is built. Phase I of this development (more than 9,000 m² of warehouse space) has been completed and was let in 2016. Phase II of the development (17,062 m² of warehouse space) is completed in 2021. The total development consists of 8 combinable units.

Distriport Bergen op Zoom

Distriport Bergen op Zoom is a new logistics complex, part of which is still to be constructed, located on the Noordland industrial estate. The total complex comprises approx. 35,000 m² of logistics space, approx. 5,000 m² of mezzanine space and approx. 1,550 m² of office space. The new construction of phase II (approx. 15,000 m² of warehouse space) can be completed within 9 months.

Commodity Park - ADR Park Rotterdam

Commodity/ADR Park Rotterdam was developed by ProDelta in 2008-2009. It comprises a total of approx. 71,000 m² of high-quality business space spread across three buildings of approx. 19,000 m² and 2x 26,000 m² respectively. As well as the storage of commodities, around 25% of the total complex has been made suitable for the storage of ADR goods. If desired, more commodity warehouses can be converted into warehouses suitable for the storage of hazardous materials.

Propaanweg 75 Rotterdam - Vondelingenplaat

Distriport Benelux has been redeveloped in phases on the former VOPAK tanker park. Following its acquisition in 2004, the site has been cleaned up and fully redeveloped. The entire site covers an area of 18 hectares, on which four distribution complexes have been built with a total area of more than 50,000 m². As well as these logistics buildings, 60,000 m² of the site has been surfaced and put to use as a container terminal with rail connections and a 200-metre quay.

Laanzicht, Teteringen

This care complex is located in wooded surroundings on a plot of more than 10 hectares. The twelve buildings on the site are let to Stichting Sterk Huis West Brabant. Sterk Huis is an organization that focuses on the care and treatment of those with complex problems relating to safety and development.

Distriport Benelux, Butaanweg

Smirnoffweg, Rotterdam

The complex offers approximately 5,510 m² of business and office space and is let to various lessees. The Waalhaven harbour district in central Rotterdam played an important role in the development of the port, and even today continues to be an area of great economic value. Thanks to its central location and good accessibility, the Waalhaven offers a good location for port-related businesses. To maintain and improve this unique position, the Port of Rotterdam Authority has been working to revitalize the area.

Distriport Tiel

Distriport Tiel is located at Riemsdijk 1/Grote Wei 2 in Tiel. The existing building at Riemsdijk 1 was acquired in 2010 by ProDelta by means of a sale-and-leaseback arrangement with the lessee DHL. This distribution centre comprises approx. 19,848 m² of warehouse space and 2,620 m² of office space. In 2018, ProDelta extended this existing distribution complex by more than 14,000 m² of warehouse space with 2,400 m² of office space. The extension has been let to King Nederland BV on a long-term lease.

DC Etten-Leur

ProDelta bought this leased distribution centre at the end of 2018. The complex itself dates from 1981. The plot has an area of approx. 5 hectares and comprises a warehouse of approx. 27,000 m2. A variety of restructuring projects are underway in the Vosdonk business park in order to maintain the vigour and condition of the site. As the leases expire, the site can be redeveloped in due course with the building of a warehouse covering more than 28,000 m2. This is yet another exceptional location for sustainable redevelopment.

Waalkade Oss

ProDelta purchased the complex at Waalkade in Oss in 2014. The property is fully let to Vos Logistics The Netherlands B.V. The complex has been built in phases since 1988 and comprises several logistics and industrial buildings with office space, grounds and company houses on approximately 13 hectares of ProDelta’s own land. With the expiration of the leases it will be possible to develop two distribution centres with a total surface area of 74,000 m².

Toermalijnring 2200 - 2210, Dordrecht

This is a high-quality new business complex located on the Toermalijnring in Dordrecht. The new building has a modern office and warehouse, an enclosed outdoor area and ample parking space in front of and next to the complex. A wide range of companies is located in the immediate vicinity, including Makro, TNT Express, Harkema, Electro Supply Rob Heijkoop Trading and Boon B.V.
