ProDelta acquires commercial building located at Lekstraat 3 in Oss

ROTTERDAM - ProDelta recently purchased the commercial building located at Lekstraat 3 in Oss. The property comprises an existing commercial building of approximately 3,000 m2 situated on 5,895 m2 of land. The building is leased long-term to Van Raakstaal Oss B.V.

Van Raakstaal is a leading company based in Oss specializing in high-quality metalworking and construction. Offering a range of services including laser cutting, bending, welding, machining, assembly, and surface treatment, Van Raakstaal provides tailor-made solutions for various industries. Van Raakstaal has branches in Tilburg, Oss, Duiven, Barneveld, Roermond, Wijchen Barneveld, and Asten (Janssen Staal).

This particular commercial building fits perfectly into ProDelta's portfolio, as it is located adjacent to the business complex of Vos Logistics. This business complex occupies nearly 13 hectares of land and has been owned by ProDelta since 2014. With this acquisition, ProDelta further expands its strategic position within the municipality of Oss.

The seller, a private investor, was represented by ELSI Real Estate Partners. Loyens & Loeff provided legal assistance to ProDelta.
