ProDelta bought this complex at the end of 2018. The plot has an area of approx. 5 hectares and comprises a distribution centre of approx. 27,000 m². This complex is located in the Vosdonk business park in the municipality of Etten-Leur. Vosdonk has a gross area of approx. 350 hectares and accommodates around 350 businesses. A variety of restructuring projects are underway on the site in order to maintain the vigour and condition of the site. Several market parties have already taken up positions for the future redevelopment of the site. As the leases expire, ProDelta will build a new distribution centre covering more than 28,000 m² in due course.
